Pipe and Sewer Cleansing - Huwer/Kaiser water recycling units.

At the head of MTS Cleansing Services Limited fleet is the Huwer super suction vacuum jetting combination tankers. Purpose built in France to MTS Cleansing Services Limited Specification and shipped to the UK, this specialist plant boasts an impressive list of capabilities.

The Huwer super suction vacuum tanker unit with hydraulic movable partitioning dividing wall with a capacity of 4000-gallons for either feeding clean water for high pressure water jetting, or for sludge, wet & dry waste removal. 

High airflow / water-cooled vacuum tanker pump giving 3400-CFM over lift depths in excess of 60-metres and a horizontal lift of 1000 metres with 6” inlet and outlet valves and lifting boom arm.

High pressure water jetting system giving 3000 Psi at 90-gallons per minute via 250-metres of 1” hose, ideal for jet cleaning pipes with diameters of 300mm and above, 50-metres of 1/2” hose ideal for jetting pipes with diameters up to 300mm.

Water loaded into the sludge tank can be recycled in to jetting water and used to clean pipe work without the need to leave site and refill the clean water tank to continue jetting. This saves on down time and enables the machine to work on site for longer periods.

MTS Cleansing Services Limited deep lifting combination fleets are of “Huwer/Whale/kaiser” manufacture.

Loading & discharging is made easy with 1500 to 3400 CFM liquid ring vacuum exhausters through 6” inlet and outlet valves allowing 60-metres plus of vertical lift of liquid and wet and dry solids. These vehicles also carry 50-metres of vacuum hose.

Waste tank capacity can be extended to 2800/4000-gallons via the hydraulic movable partitioning wall, and the clean water tank can be extended to 2800/4000-gallons to supply water to the high pressure/volume water jetting system giving 3000 Psi at 90-gallons per minute via 200-metres of 1” jetting hose, capable of jet cleaning pipes with diameters of 150mm and above.

This versatile piece of equipment is ideal for deep lifting and cleansing of various pipe diameters, catchpits & wet-wells, proven and used widely in both construction & wastewater industry.

Pipe and Sewer Cleansing – Combination High Pressure Water Jetting Vacuum Tankers

All of MTS Cleansing Services Limited combination fleet are manufactured with a holding capacity of 1000-gallon clean water for the high pressure water jet facility. Includes a 1000-gallon clean waste compartment with high performance exhauster pumps through 4” inlet and outlet valves and 5”on the lifting boom arm. Allowing a 20ft vertical lifts of liquid waste.

We have a variety of jetting system combination vacuum tankers offering exclusive features for all types of high-pressure water jetting work. Ranging from 30 gallons per minute at 2000 Psi via ¾” hose, 70 gallons per minute at 2000 Psi 1” hose, and 45 gallons per minute at 2750 Psi via ¾” hose. Catering for all types of pipe sizes from 100m to 2500mm with hose lengths up to 200 metres, these units are ideal for carrying out a variety of cleansing work such as surface water gullies, pipe cleaning and blockages.

Tankering Services – Vacuum Suction  Tankers

MTS Cleansing Services Limited fleet of vacuum tankers comprise of 2000, 3000, & 4000-gallons capacity mild and stainless steel tanks. Carrying 100-metres of 3/4” suction hose as well as a variety of different sized couplings. 

Many are fitted with high pressure/low volume water jetters. Vacuum tankers are suitable for a wide variety of liquid industrial & domestic waste removals.

MTS Cleansing Services Limited articulated specification vacuum tanker capacities are 6000-gallons with 400 CFM pumps.  

Also carrying 100-metres of 4” vacuum hose as well as a variety of other sizes and couplings, suitable for all liquid waste transportation.

Pipe and Sewer Cleansing – Van-pack High Pressure Water Jetting Unit.

The Van-pack high performance jetting unit gives 4000 Psi at 13 gallons per minute via a 1/2” jetting hose. 

Equipped with 200 metres of lightweight jetting hose, this makes this unit a very versatile piece of equipment, ideal for jetting small internal & external pipe work diameters of 100mm to 300mm.
